Vocal Yoga
Vocal Yoga is an exploration of bodily awareness through breath and resonance. The class touches on the fundamentals of optimal vocal projection in a meditative, sound-healing environment. Katarzyna takes participants through a series of breathing, posture and vocalizing exercises, which enhance breath support and vocal resonance. Participants gain knowledge of how the external posture and breath technique affects the internal ability to project the voice. Get ready for some meditative group vocalization, deep breathwork, emphasis on bodily awareness, and relaxation. This is a stress-reducing class, and an excellent activity at any time of day.
